Okay so last week I posted the exegesis all though it’s not yet the finished product it was just like a draft I have a couple of weeks till the final is due, so I kind of got that out of the way for the artefact. So I have maybe just a little over 3 or 4 weeks to finish my artefact, even though it seems like long time it's not trust me this year has been anything but slow! Anyway this week I’m just going to do a brainstorm and layout of how I’m might be setting the artefacts and of course start looking for some resources, like pictures or text to be part of the artefact to show other perception of Milton's 'Paradise Lost'. So next week would probably be the week that the artefact would be close to finished.
Other than the artefact I recently read the article ' High-flying publisher in unexpected crash dive' from the Australian by Sally Jackson. This article explains the situation of two publishers, Jim Flynn and Nathan Berkley, who had run a successful publishing company 'Derwent Howard Media' that, has now fallen apart. The first reason that would come to mind would be that the market would be difficult, however it has been said that 'a closer look reveals a more tangled tale' (Jackson, 2009). Basically, after a couple of unresolved negotiations Flynn realised 'three to four weeks before I realised he had lost interest in the business' (Jackson. 2009) of Berkley. Financial reasons were also a cause of the loss of the publishing company and with Berkley gone it is now all on Flynn to finish and fix up the business.
